Papa Wheelie’s Messenger Service – Bicycle Delivery Comes to Durango
Papa Wheelie’s the newest bike shop in town recently started up an in town delivery service by bike. As far as I know they’ll deliver anything that fits on a bike (and is legal), and they even got a new cargo bike for the larger loads. I don’t have all of the details, but I know they deliver documents, food and even beer (if you’re of age). They charge small delivery fees based on location and how quickly you need it delivered.
Papa Wheelie’s is also having a little party at their shop (1077 Main Ave. – (970) 259-1975) this Saturday night (1/23/2010). There will be roller races, a couple bands will play and I’m told there will be a raffle for some free deliveries. Check with the shop for more info.
Awesome, I was wondering when this would show up here. I had them deliver some documents for my place of employment and their prices were very reasonable, plus they are the nicest guys in the world. Now if I could only get them to do my laundry while I’m at work…
