Colorado Senate Bill 148 (which I’ve written about here, here and here) has passed both the Colorado State House and Senate and is on it’s way to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law. Colorado Senate Bill 148, the bicycle safety bill that would require motorists to provide three feet between themselves and bicyclists while passing, is up for another vote tomorrow.
